His role as an FDCI board member is envisaged as one of finding solutions to solve the \u201ccopyright issues\u201d prevalent in the fashion industry. His legal expertise and knowledge of the industry will further facilitate action against plagiarism.<\/p>\n<p>The sensitivities of <a href=\"https:\/\/old.anandandanand.com\/oldupdates\/drawing-inspiration-in-the-fashion-industry\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u2018drawing inspiration\u2019<\/a> from existing fashion are complex, but designers can be proactive in protecting their creations.
