Amar Singh Gupta and Ajay Gupta<\/em> case, the Defendants were dealing in PVC flexible pipes bearing the mark B TATA \u00ae. After hearing the arguments made by Anand and Anand, the Hon\u2019ble Judge passed an ex parte order injuncting the Defendants from using the mark TATA in any manner whatsoever.<\/p>\n<p>The Hon\u2019ble Judge further appointed a Local Commissioner to visit the premises of the Defendants to seize and seal all infringing goods that may be found in their power and possession.
