{"id":4669,"date":"2019-06-27T12:07:48","date_gmt":"2019-06-27T06:37:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/old.anandandanand.com\/oldupdates\/?p=4669"},"modified":"2019-06-27T15:51:29","modified_gmt":"2019-06-27T10:21:29","slug":"ip-enforcement-session-jammu-kashmir","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/old.anandandanand.com\/oldupdates\/ip-enforcement-session-jammu-kashmir\/","title":{"rendered":"IP Enforcement Session in Jammu and Kashmir"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On its steadfast route of spreading awareness on IP Enforcement, this time CIPAM (Cell for IPR Promotion &amp; Management), DPIIT, Government of India took the initiative all the way to the Himalayan mountain regions of the country by organizing a \u201cWorkshop on Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights\u201d at Sher-i-Kashmir Police Academy, Udhampur, Jammu &amp; Kashmir, on 19 and 20 June, 2019. Devesh Ratan was invited to speak at the Workshop on \u201cInvestigation &amp; Prosecution of IP Crimes and IPR Enforcement Toolkit for Police\u201d. He discussed the practical difficulties faced by police officials relating to IPR matters and its underlying solutions.<\/p>\n<p>The Workshop was attended by the Deputy SPs and the Prosecuting
