Ltd. (popularly known as Byju\u2019s) and its directors from infringing and misusing CL\u2019s trademarks to lure prospective students into enrolling for their courses.<\/p>\n<p>Byju\u2019s was alleged to have registered CL\u2019s trademarks as AdWords on Google and a domain name www.clclasses.in which it used to mislead students into providing their contact details in lieu of free study material.
